Our Return/Exchange Policy

We are committed to improving your overall wellbeing with 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you aren’t completely thrilled with your order, we will accept all full-sized products for a return or exchange. Items must be at least half full and received within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to provide international return labels at this time.

Steps for Returns & Exchanges

Call Customer Care: We are happy to assist you with any returns/exchanges that meet our policy requirements. Simply contact Customer Care at 1-800-424-0034. We will issue an authorization number and send you a return form along with a complimentary return label via email. Our Customer Care team can also recommend products that might be a more suitable solution for your exchange. Items without an authorization number will not be eligible for return or exchange, nor will they be refunded if lost in transit.

Complete the Return Form: Returns and exchanges can only be processed if the Return/Exchange form is included, specifying your desired action.

Pack your Return: Safely pack the products, including the return form.

 Print the Label:Print the return label and affix it to the box. Be sure to take your package to the designated shipping carrier on the label.

Returning Products Purchased from an Authorized Retailer

We will gladly assist you with your return/exchange, regardless of where it was purchased.

However, all purchases made at an authorized retailer must be returned to that location. Please email us at or call, toll-free, at  1-800-424-0034.

Damaged & Missing Items

Please contact Customer Care right away if your package is damaged or if you did not receive it after the confirmation email reached your inbox. We will send out a replacement once a claim has been filed with the appropriate carrier within 2 days of the specified delivery date. In accordance with our policy, any damaged or lost items cannot be replaced after 30 days.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $35 and above (excluding taxes) and for all U.S. territory orders of $100 and above. U.S. territory orders ship FedEx International Economy. AK & HI Ship 2nd day. ***We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so please be sure to include a street address when placing your order***

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and, depending on product availability, typically arrive within a week once they have shipped. We are currently not shipping outside the U.S.
